This
website, literature and all course materials are for educational purposes
only, and the content is not to be construed as personal financial advice
in any form whatsoever. References to any listed companies, shares, or
investments are not recommendations to purchase or sell, and are only used
for illustration purposes. References to past returns are just that, and
are not to be taken as an indicator of future returns. |

Course fees are fully inclusive of all
course materials, texts and tutorial support, but do not include students' personal
stationery or postage incurred in the submission of assignments.
All study materials become the property
of the student upon full payment of course fees.
The college has a refund policy where
refunds will be accepted on course fees within the 28 day approval period,
subject to all materials being returned to the college in condition as
sold. Refunds are usually processed within a 30 day period from receipt of
the returned course materials. After the 28 day approval period has expired we will not consider any refund.
Students can transfer their course, or put their studies on hold to be
resumed at a later date within a six month period following the date of
enrolment. The college reserves the right to charge the student a small
administration cost for refunds or transfers. Please also see our refund
policy for online enrolments below.

Course materials are generally dispatched
in two stages depending on the course enrolled upon. The first section of your course is usually dispatched
within ten working days following the date of enrolment. The second
section is dispatched according to the individual's progress on the
course.
Students failing to achieve a pass on
their first examination attempt may resit the course free of charge within
a period of six months following the date of failure of the first
examination.
Academic, administrative and telephone
tutorial services are provided from Monday to Friday inclusive, from the
hours of 09:00am GMT or BST until 17:00pm GMT or BST in accordance with the academic
year. You may contact your tutor at any time by email or fax.

Course work submitted to the college for
marking will not be returned and is sent entirely at the responsibility of
the student. Students are advised to keep copies of all work submitted to
the college.
The college may close for a short recess
during the summer months during which time tutorial services may become
restricted or temporarily unavailable. Students are usually notified by
their personal tutor of the period when tutorial services will be
restricted or temporarily unavailable. Services may also be restricted
during bank and public holidays.
